Community Pool Party Reservations

Use the calendar below to schedule your pool reservations online. Calendar is ONLY for use during the time pool is open for the season--When pool is closed, no reservations may be made.  If you would like to celebrate a special event at the pool, please observe the following guidelines:

• Celebrate during NON-PEAK hours of an amenity.

Mondays-Fridays: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sundays: 10 a.m. to Noon.

Please be aware that the Community Amenities will remain open to all residents during your celebration. No individual party or gathering can monopolize the pool or playground areas. There can be only one reservation per area per time frame.

You are responsible for cleaning up after the celebration. Please sweep the floor, wipe off tables, and pick up trash. Excessive amounts of trash should be taken with you and deposited in your home trash can. Leave the area clean for other residents – just as you would want it to be. The HOA Board of Directors reserves the right to charge a resident a cleaning fee of up to $50 if an area has not been cleaned - as required - after a celebration.

• Please make sure you have a safe adult-to-child ratio at both amenities.
  
  
• Party sizes should be limited to 20 people total – including guests, siblings, and parents.
  
  
• Be sure that all swimmers are aware that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, and that event participants swim at their own risk.
